We're thrilled to share our first offering from Honduras, a Central American country that has seen its coffee quality and popularity soar, in recent years.
COSMA is a cooperative of Honduran coffee farmers focused on organic production. Hailing from Marcala, La Paz, this bean is a brilliant example of what a fully washed coffee should be. We offer it as a light roast to highlight the delicate nuances.
This Honduras reminds of honey roasted walnuts, dusted in cocoa, with a surprising citrus twist.
You'll get a bright, orange cup in a Kalita Wave. Chocolatey and nutty in the Chemex. A smooth and surprisingly rich cold brew.
