Our second Indonesian coffee hails from East Timor. Cooperativa Café is made up of over 20,000 members from 16 base cooperatives, using organic growing methods.

Aside from the unique origin, this offering varies from most of its Indonesian brethren by using a washed process, as opposed to wet hulled coffees common to the region. This imparts a sweetness that defines its character, further highlighted by the medium roast.

The East Timor reminds us of a spring-time campout, with cocoa, marshmallow, and hints of peppery currant.
