Colombia: Decaf de Caña
We're headed back to Colombia for our second decaf offering.
Sourced from the Huila region of Colombia, the Sugar Cane decaf is a classic cup with a surprising sweetness. We finish this roast as first crack is finishing, giving us a medium roast that balances origin characteristics and a rich roast flavor.
This Colombian Decaf reminds us of candied tangerines, drizzled in caramel.
A rich cup out of the french press. A smooth and sweet brew as a pour over.
Sold as whole bean. Find out more in our FAQs.

Cutting back on caffeine, but not consumption. Trilled to find a worthy brew! Did a pour over and a drip cone version. Both awesome. Prefer caramelly or chocolatey coffee from South/Central America, . I drink coffee with no sugar --the coffee notes need to do it all and also stand up to almond milk poured in or frothed.. Got this at Bernardsville , NJ farmers market and voila! Willl buy more.
