Bali: Blue Moon
Our first foray into Indonesia comes from the island of Bali. The Blue Moon offering showcases the regional flavors we love, while providing some uncommon sweetness.
Primary flavors come from the wet hulled process Indonesia is known for, used to help dry the coffees in a humid climate. While coffees from this region are typically roasted dark, we keep our expression to a medium roast to retain the unique characteristics and the slightest touch of acidity.
This Bali reminds us of the upcoming holidays, with almond, pomegranate, and a gingerbread bite.
A smooth and rich champ as an espresso. Full bodied and spicy as a pour over. Bold and earthy in the press pot.
